First Half of the season completed It’s been a great first half that has thrown up plenty of surprises some clubs will be ecstatic about those surprises’ others will be disappointed. Round 9 is an absolute cracking round of fixtures with three great games and two that are easy picks for my tips. Mt Lawley once again feature in the game of the round.

A chance here for Doubleview to get on the board after last weeks disaster they will be full of fire. The young guns are flying so this match will have a huge bearing on the fortunes of both sides for the season. Unfortunately for Doubleview I don’t think they can beat Joondalup purely based on the back-end firepower of the Young Guns so its Joondalup for mine.

The battle of the bookends here, Swan have played two games at home and have been very good in both whilst Yokine have taken all before them and sit at the top of the tree. The match will not be easy for the doggies but much the same as my preview above Yokine just have to much fire power in the back end for Swan and I see them winning this one in another close game.

Match of the Day for mine and my Mounters will bounce back here and get their ladder position sorted out once again. They have just come off the pace a little over the last 3 weeks but still have that awesome array of back end talent, whilst Sorrento are much the same very good side that will be in this match for a very long time. If they happened to win this one, I wouldn’t be shocked at all. But I have to go my Mounters at home.

Great match these one two very good sides that both need the win. Morley have been very good at home so they will be hard to topple. Mundaring back on the grass and as always, they are not at there very best on the santa anna. Morley for mine on a nice and windy afternoon will handle and play there greens much better.

Another good game and aren’t North Beach flying, they are now sitting second on the ladder and have a chance to get back to one white themselves. Manning are struggling a little but at home and on their day, they could cause an upset. The beach boys have a very solid front end and this is what I think will win them the game. The Beach for me.
