Could I wish all of the many fine bowlers, as well as the readers from One White, a Very Special Merry Xmas, and a Happy New Year.
Hope your wishes and dreams come true and that Santa delivers some treasured gifts to you. Five teams will get an early present come Saturday evening, and I will do my best to be able to correctly pick who they may be.

High on the hill in Mosman Park, sits a picturesque bowling club, which now houses some very good bowlers as well.
This coming Saturday they will show the visitors from Spearwood, just how good they are, especially on their own turf.
The guys from Spearwood have been fairly disappointing thus far, and I wouldn't expect that to change on Saturday.
Mosman Park. 8-0

This game will be quite an interesting encounter between two sides sitting very close on the ladder. Both teams have been very inconsistent to say the least, so picking a winner will not be easy. Both of these sides are the second side in their club, so they never quite know the teams from week to week, which can be disturbing.
The Blue boys in a tense encounter.
North Neach2. 6-2

The Kats have had quite an influx of players, and of course the Wolves have lost quite a few, but credit has to be given to the guys from Gwelup, they have performed pretty well so far.
Both have similar playing surfaces, and each side performed well last week, with the Kats winning away from home, and the Wolves, away as well, just falling at the final hurdle. Even though the Kats are the visitors again, they just might have too much muscle for the Wolves, but the rink that draws Mick Marovic and his team will have to be able to contain them at the very least, to give the Kats a chance of victory.
Kardinya. 6-2

It's a long journey up to Wanneroo, and I am strongly predicting, it will be an even longer journey home for the Storm.
The Storm had their first win last week, and the Roo boys struggled, but it will be a different story this week, as I believe that the Roos might have been given a good wake up call, and will respond accordingly.
Wanneroo have a very good winning rink in the Dave Triffitt four, but the other rinks need to step up a bit if they want to gain promotion again. As I have said before, if Reg Humpreyson was in my rink, I might win a few more games. David can be very thankful to have his vast guile and experience to assist him where needed.
Wanneroo by the length of the straight.
Wanneroo. 7-1

As you can see, not much separates these two teams on the ladder, with Warwick only one point behind. In past seasons they have been able to rely on the Ron Kuzelia rink, not so this year, but Ronnie and his team are due to lift I believe.
Warwick have been the surprise packet of this division to date, and maybe they just might prove too strong for the visitors.
Warwick. 6-2
